Utilizing the same structural spring technology found in the Aalto Acoustics Lab, our chambers achieve background noise levels below 0 dB. This "absolute" quiet allows you to hear the rhythm of your own heartbeat and the subtle flow of your breath, facilitating a level of presence impossible in standard "quiet" rooms.
Our chambers feature a "room-within-a-room" construction, mounted on high-performance elastomeric bearings. This decouples you from the vibrations of Helsinki’s tram lines and traffic, providing a literal "weightless" auditory experience similar to high-end sensory deprivation but without the water.
Based on psychoacoustic research, 45 minutes of total anechoic immersion acts as a "factory reset" for the nervous system. Our sessions are curated by local acousticians to ensure the experience remains meditative and serene, avoiding the disorientation often associated with industrial testing labs.
